Job summary

Beam Info-tech. Pvt in Gurugram, India, is seeking a skilled PCB rework technician to perform rework, repair, and troubleshooting on complex assemblies.

You will replace components including ICs, BGAs, QFNs, connectors, resistors, and capacitors, operate BGA rework stations, soldering/desoldering tools, hot-air systems, and microscopes. Collaboration with Production, Quality, and Engineering will ensure IPC and customer standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCB rework, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in replacing components including ICs, BGAs, QFNs, connectors, resistors, and capacitors.
• Skilled with BGA rework stations, soldering/desoldering tools, hot-air systems, and microscopes.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, ESD, and customer standards.
• Able to collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
