Qualifications

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in electronics assembly or repair.
• Based in Bengaluru, willing to work in a fast-paced R&D/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB assembly, integration and functional testing of electronic systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair PCB-level faults.
• Carry out IC-level rework, including replacement of SMD components and BGAs.
• Perform precision soldering and de-soldering using hot air and soldering tools.
• Inspect PCBs with microscopes to identify defects and issues.
• Conduct continuity, power and signal integrity checks with test equipment.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies and logic analyzers for debugging.
• Support prototype builds, product integration and validation activities.
• Maintain test records and repair logs; ensure ESD safety practices.
• Coordinate with design, hardware and production teams to resolve issues.
• Assist RCA and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.
• Ensure quality during assembly, rework and testing activities.

• Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices during assembly and repair.
• Coordinate with design, hardware, and production teams to resolve technical issues.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained during assembly, rework, and testing activities.
