Job summary

Regami Solutions is seeking a skilled Soldering technician & Debugging Engineer to perform PCB assembly, rework, and hardware troubleshooting. The role emphasizes hands-on soldering of SMT/THT components, debugging, and testing with tools like multimeter and oscilloscope in a fast-paced electronics environment.

The ideal candidate will handle QFN/QFP/BGA soldering and repairs, read schematics, and ensure adherence to ESD and quality standards during production.

Qualifications

• Experience with SMT/SMD and Through‑Hole soldering on PCB assemblies.
• Hands-on debugging and hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform SMT/SMD and Through‑Hole PCB soldering.
• Handle QFN, QFP, and BGA component soldering and rework.
• Perform PCB repair, IC replacement, and debugging activities.
• Conduct board bring‑up, testing, and hardware troubleshooting.

About Role:

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SMT/THT soldering, PCB repair, debugging, ultra‑small passive components (0402, 0201) and electronic testing tools.
