Job summary

Krishworks Technology And Research Labs is seeking an Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician to support product development, prototyping, testing, and low-volume manufacturing activities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PCB assembly and SMD soldering experience, can perform rework, read assembly drawings and BOMs, and ensure ESD and manufacturing best practices while assisting hardware engineers during prototyping.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PCB assembly and soldering experience required.
• Experience with SMD assembly and PCB rework.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic PCBs and systems
• Perform SMD and through-hole soldering
• Rework and repair defective assemblies
• Build wiring harnesses and cable assemblies
• Perform visual inspection and quality checks
• Conduct basic electrical testing
• Assist hardware engineers during prototyping
• Maintain assembly records and documentation
• Ensure ESD and manufacturing best practices
