Job summary

Mahavir Auto Diagnostics seeks a finance liaison to generate and manage vehicle loan enquiries from showroom customers. You will coordinate with banks/NBFCs to secure competitive rates and terms, explain EMI options, collect KYC and financial documents, and submit applications for swift approvals and disbursements.

The role requires building relationships with banks and customers, tracking progress, and achieving monthly targets for loan penetration and disbursement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Auto Loans / Car Finance, preferably in a car dealership, bank or NBFC

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage vehicle finance and loan enquiries from customers visiting the showroom.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs to obtain competitive interest rates, schemes and loan offers.
• Explain finance options, EMI structures and loan terms to customers.
• Collect and verify KYC, income, bank statements and other loan-related documents.
• Submit loan applications to banks/NBFCs and ensure quick approval and disbursement.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants, customers, banks and finance partners throughout the loan process.
• Follow up on pending applications, approvals, documentation, sanction letters and disbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of finance leads, applications, approvals, rejections and disbursements.
• Achieve monthly finance penetration, loan conversion and disbursement targets.
• Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs and customers to improve finance business and customer satisfaction.
