Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage IT and Non-IT recruitment for Fresher to 4 years of experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple levels.

You will source via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases; conduct telephonic interviews, shortlist profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate salary, and support onboarding to help meet recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate based on skills, experience and job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
• Shortlist and submit relevant profiles to clients/hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up through recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates on interview schedules and feedback.
• Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Develop a good understanding of different IT technologies, job functions, and Non-IT roles.
