You will leverage portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and other hiring platforms.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals across technologies and experience levels.
