Job summary

Doiter Casting in India is seeking a Q.C. Inspector to perform setup and in-process inspection of machined components. You will verify drawings, control plans, and standards, and segregate OK/rework/rejects while maintaining inspection records.

Follow SOPs and 5S practices and support ISO 9001 quality requirements. Ideal candidates have GD&T knowledge, hands-on use of precision measuring tools, and experience with CNC/VMC processes, tol­erances, and QC tools.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes.
• Ability to understand dimensional tolerances and inspection requirements.
• Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify machining defects and process abnormalities.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining inspection records.
• Good coordination with Production and Quality teams.

Responsibilities
