The role requires experience in pre- and post-checks, ensuring waterproofing, tiling, painting, doors, and windows finishes meet high standards, and leading QA activities with the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control for residential building structures with Mivan and high-quality finishes.
• Thorough knowledge of Mivan shuttering, Reinforcement and concrete.
• Knowledge of finishes: waterproofing, tiling, painting, doors, windows.
• Pre checks and post checks for ongoing apartment project; responsibility of quality assurance with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-checks and post-checks for the ongoing apartment project (structure and finishes).
• Take complete responsibility of quality assurance with the team.

Role & responsibilities

• Candidates shoud be well experience in quality control department in his previous years inresidential building structures with Mivan and Best quality finishes.
• Thorough knowledge of Mivan shuttering, Reinforcement and concrete.
• Thorough knowledge of apartment finished viz, water proofing , tiling, painting, doors , windows finishes etc,
• He should be able to do all required Pre Checks and Post Checks for the ongoing Apartment Project for Structure and Finished and take complete Responsibility of Quality Assurance with team.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates shoud be well experience in quality control department in his previous years
