Job summary

PropChk is seeking a QA/QC Finishing Civil Engineer in Delhi to lead quality inspections for residential Mivan shuttering and conventional works. Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (required).
• 5-8 years QA/QC experience in residential or commercial projects.
• ISO/QMS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting and finishing works.
• Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs and inspection reports; verify materials and workmanship as per specs; identify non-conformances and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues.
• Maintain NCR logs, quality reports and audit documentation.

Responsible for quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
