Job summary

PropChk is seeking a QA QC Engineer to oversee quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and project specifications.

You will conduct daily inspections, prepare ITPs and NCRs, verify materials, and coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues, maintaining thorough audit documentation.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5-8 years of QA/QC experience in residential or commercial projects.
• ISO/QMS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works. Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
• Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications. Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues. Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
