Job summary

• Plan process and quality improvements and conduct meetings.
• Analyze quality problems and update production reports.
• Prepare tomorrow's plan and materials.
• Attend management meetings and manage consumables.
• Maintain 7S on the production floor.
• Coordinate with HR on HR matters.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check Daily Production plan.
• Check the material availability for production.
• Check the machine working.
• Check hourly production.
• Check weekly production and monthly forecast plan.
• Operators attendance confirm from line leader.
• Taking the meeting to line leader.
• Organize the training plan to Line leaders & operators.
• Planning the process improvements & quality improvements.
• Conduct the meeting to operators, line leaders and technicians, inform the production plans
• Analyze the quality problems.
• Update the production report to manager.
• Prepare the tomorrow plan and materials.
• Attend the management meeting.
• Manage the consumable items.
• Monitor the production scrap rate & plan for reduces the process scrap.
• Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly production report.
• Maintain the 7S in production floor
• Interaction with company HR related to HR Matter.
