Job summary

Tminputs And Services in Hyderabad seeks a Production Manager to lead the production team, plan monthly targets and ensure on-time delivery. You will manage raw materials, subcontract operations, and drive continuous improvement while enforcing ISO and SOP standards.

Fluency in Telugu and strong MS Office skills are required. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in production roles, with proven ability to deliver orders on time and manage quality issues.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years experience in a Production role (NOT Maintenance), preferably in discrete manufacturing.
• Should have led Production independently for a small business or at a minimum for a product line & has been responsible for on time, in full delivery of customer orders
• Production Planning experience mandatory
• Should be able to converse fluently in Telugu
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
