Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
• 2 years of experience in electrical panel assembly, control panel wiring, or industrial equipment assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels as per approved drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Perform panel wiring, cable dressing, termination, ferruling, and crimping.
• Ensure proper component mounting, alignment, and panel layout.
• Read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Check wiring for correctness, tightness, polarity, and safety before testing/dispatch.
• Identify and rectify wiring errors, loose connections, and assembly defects.
• Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
• Maintain proper tools, equipment, and work-area cleanliness.
• Complete panel assembly within the specified production schedule.
• Follow company procedures for material handling and component identification.
• Support final inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of completed panels.
