What you will be doing

• Act as a bridge between the Operations and Technical teams, addressing issues faced by the Ops team promptly.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues raised by the Customer Support Team, ensuring a quick and empathetic response.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to understand and resolve problems efficiently.
• Automate manual processes to achieve opex. Provide solutions to unprecedented technical challenges, demonstrating a problem‑solving mindset.
• Leading the Implementation and Adoption of tech processes
• Prepare SOPs and Tutorial Repository for common issues
• Monitoring of important metrics to make sure there are no breakages in the system
