Eagle Software India is seeking a driven professional to analyze RFPs/RFIs and tender documents, and to assist in solution design for networking, security, and IT infrastructure. The role involves preparing BOQs/BOMs, technical proposals, and coordinating with OEMs for specifications and pricing.

The candidate will work with sales and delivery teams to ensure accurate sizing and compliant solutions, leveraging MS Office and diagramming tools as needed.

Formación

• Experience in analysis of RFPs/RFIs and tender documents.
• Solid networking design knowledge including routers/switches, LAN/WAN, and network security.
• Ability to size solutions and prepare BOQs/BOMs and technical proposals.
• Familiarity with Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Sophos OEMs and related products.
• Proficient in MS Office; Visio or equivalent diagramming tools.

• Evaluate suitable OEM products and cost-effective solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and project delivery teams to validate proposed solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents; prepare compliance matrices, technical queries, and gap analysis.


• Support solution design for networking (routers, switches, LAN/WAN), firewalls, servers, storage, backup, virtualization, and cybersecurity.


• Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, BOQs/BOMs, and presentations.


• Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for product specifications, solution sizing, quotations, and technical compliance.


• Evaluate suitable OEM products and cost-effective solutions based on customer requirements.


• Coordinate with sales, technical, and project delivery teams to validate proposed solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Networking: Routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLANs, wireless networking, and network security.

• IT Infrastructure: Servers, storage, backup, virtualization, and high availability.


• Cybersecurity: Firewalls, VPNs, SIEM/SOC, endpoint security, VAPT, and PAM.


• Presales & Tendering: RFP analysis, compliance matrices, BOQ/BOM preparation, solution sizing, and technical proposal writing.


• OEM Exposure: Familiarity with networking, server, storage, and cybersecurity OEMs such as Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, and Sophos and relevant OEMs


• Proficiency in MS Office; Visio or equivalent diagramming tools is an advantage.
