Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in handling bulk payroll for multiple client companies.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory compliances.
• Strong understanding of Excel, MIS reporting, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Candidates from Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Recruitment, Payroll Processing, or HR Consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bulk payroll for multiple client companies.
• Manage attendance, leave, LOP, salary calculation, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare payroll MIS, salary registers, challans, and statutory returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for large manpower.
• Handle employee and client payroll queries and compliance-related issues.
• Knowledge of NAPS & NATS, trainee payroll, stipend processing, DBT, and related portals is preferred.
• Recruitment coordination, joining formalities, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Handle employee grievances, HR documentation, and HR policies.
• Maintain HR records, attendance data, and employee databases.
• Coordinate with HR, recruitment, operations, and client teams.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and disciplinary activities.

Job Summary : -We are looking for an HR Manager with strong experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance (70%) along with General HR & Administration (30%), preferably from the staffing/manpower industry.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance 70%

• Handle end-to-end bulk payroll for multiple client companies.
