• Manage and supervise all laboratory operations across Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Histopathology, and Blood Collection.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of laboratory investigations.
• Maintain NABL/NABH standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement laboratory policies, SOPs, and QC procedures.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory management.
• Supervise laboratory staff, technicians, and phlebotomists; ensure adequate staffing.
• Conduct training programs and competency assessments for laboratory personnel.
• Coordinate with clinicians, nursing teams, and hospital management.
• Analyze laboratory performance indicators and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, waste management, and patient safety protocols.
• Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and budgeting for laboratory services.
