Job summary

Healthmap Diagnostics in Gurugram, India seeks a seasoned Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day lab functions, ensure quality control, and coordinate sample testing and reporting in a busy clinical pathology environment.

The role requires 3–8 years in clinical pathology or related field, a B.Sc plus MLT, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail. The position is based on-site in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Clinical Pathology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, lab management, lab procedures, pathology principles, and supervision techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
