Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM processes and cloud architecture.
• Experience with one or more Oracle HCM modules.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, roles, and workflow configuration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
