Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant in Tamil Nadu to design, implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Core HR and Absence Management, Recruiting and Payroll processes.

You will lead configurations, gather requirements, configure payroll elements and absence plans, and work with HR and payroll stakeholders to ensure compliant, optimized business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and Absence Management modules.
• Experience in configuring payroll elements and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation/configuration of 1 or more module along with Core HR: Oracle Absence Management.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure: Hiring processes, job requisitions, candidate lifecycle (ORC)
• Payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing
• Absence plans, accruals, eligibility profiles
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders for solution design.
• Support payroll processing cycles and troubleshoot payroll issues.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Recruiting /Payroll / Absence Management modules. The role requires a blend of functional knowledge and technical skills to design, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation/configuration of 1 or more module along with Core HR:
• Oracle Absence Management
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure:
• Hiring processes, job requisitions, candidate lifecycle (ORC)
• Payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing
• Absence plans, accruals, eligibility profiles
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders for solution design.
• Support payroll processing cycles and troubleshoot payroll issues.
• Ensure statutory compliance (especially for payroll region-specific rules if applicable).
• Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist in production deployment.
