Job summary

Worldex India Exhibition & Promotion in Mumbai seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end event operations for B2B exhibitions, conferences and summits from concept to implementation.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors and partners to ensure smooth execution, strict timelines and budget adherence, while maintaining operational excellence across all event phases. Willingness to travel and work during event days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, business administration, or related field.
• At least 23 years of experience in operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and operational reporting.
• Willingness to travel and work during event days when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing B2B exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and corporate events.
• Coordinate operational activities from pre-event planning to on-site execution and post-event closure.
• Manage venue coordination, vendor management, logistics, fabrication, and event setup.
• Coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and partners for smooth operational flow.
• Prepare operational timelines, checklists, floor plans, and execution schedules.
• Ensure all event deliverables are completed within deadlines and budgets.
• Supervise on-ground event operations and troubleshoot operational issues during events.
• Prepare post show report and exhibitor/ buyer feedback and analysis.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Manager to oversee and support the end-to-end operations of our B2B exhibitions and conferences from concept to implementation.
