Job summary

Kored Infratech in Bengaluru is seeking a data reporting specialist to collect, organize, and manage daily business data across departments, and to prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management team. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and MS Word is required; familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of MIS or data reporting experience, keen attention to detail, and solid communication skills to present

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and manage daily business data from various departments.
• Prepare and share accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management team.
• Use Advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) to analyze and present data clearly.
• Ensure all databases are up-to-date, secure, and free of errors.
• Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them quickly.
• Assist in automating routine reports to save time and improve efficiency.
• Support the operations and project teams with required data for decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or BBA preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an MIS or data reporting role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and MS Word. Basic knowledge of PowerBI or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Key Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and comfortable handling large volumes of data.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills to interact with different teams and present data effectively.
