Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.

• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Manage and update data trackers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Validate payouts, sales incentives, travel allowance claims, and other reimbursement requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Analyze business performance and present key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using advanced Excel functions.

Requirement

Experience 3+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or business analytics.

Education – Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards.
