Job summary

Jiva Ayurveda is seeking a data-focused MIS professional to collect, consolidate, and maintain data from multiple departments. You will develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports to support management review.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver timely reports, automate recurring processes, and provide ad-hoc analyses while ensuring data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.
• 36 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, data validation and conditional formatting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

• Maintain databases and update records regularly.
