Job summary

Ferns N Petals is seeking an MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and present business data with high accuracy. The role emphasizes advanced Excel skills, dashboards, and regular reporting across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of MIS/Reporting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver timely insights. Basic Python knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data cleaning and dashboards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle large datasets and meet tight reporting timelines.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for data processing and report automation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Role Overview

We are looking for an MIS Executive who is highly proficient in MS Excel and can manage, analyze, and present business data accurately. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and the ability to create regular reports and dashboards.
