Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited, a global BPO, is seeking digitally adept customer support professionals to handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers, resolve queries, and upsell where appropriate.

Freshers are encouraged to apply; experience in BPO or international voice processes is welcome. You will work in rotational shifts, weekends/holidays as required, and benefit from two-way cab facility, unlimited incentives, and training for career growth.
