AGS Health in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is hiring for Process Associate/Sr Process Associate to handle hospital and physician billing AR calls. You will follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, analyze denial trends, and support claim resolution.

The role requires 1+ year in AR calling, night shifts, and strong communication with US insurers. Location is AGS Health facility in Perungudi with transport support and 5-day work weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of AR calling experience.
• Experience with denial management in hospital/physician billing.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Call US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors for AR follow-up.
• Analyze AR data and identify reasons for pending claims.
• Highlight top denial reasons and work towards resolution.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely reimbursements.

Job Title: Process Associate/Sr Process Associate

Job Role: Hospital Billing/Physician Billing

• Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and top denial reasons
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ar caller with a hospital billing

Process: International Voice Process - AR Calling

Qualification: Any Intermediate

Rounds of interviews:

1. HR screening

2. Online Assessment Test

3. Operational/Technical Round

Shift Timing: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM

Transport: Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.

Location: AGS Health 1st Floor, Prince Info City II, 283/3 and 283/4, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Nehru Nagar, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096
