AGS Health in Chennai is hiring for a Trainee Process Associate AR Caller to join the International Voice Process. Fresh graduates from BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA or B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths) can apply for this entry-level position with shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US shift).

The role involves analyzing outstanding AR, liaising with US healthcare processes, meeting SLAs, and updating billing records. Two-way transport is provided, with Saturday-Sunday offs and health insurance as part of

Responsibilities

• Address outstanding AR through analysis and calls using available tools.
• Utilize all tools to progress accounts toward resolution, payment, or adjustments.
• Report trends in denials, submission issues, or billing roadblocks to manager.
• Meet established SLAs for production and quality.
• Document call outcomes and analyses clearly in the billing system.
• Stay updated with P&Ps and process changes.
• Improve performance based on feedback from manager and QA.

Please Note: Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech are not eligible to apply Interview Process- Only direct walk-in interview Rounds of Interview: 1. HR Interview 2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude 3. Versant Test - Language Assessment 4. Operational/Technical Interview Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift). Transport: Two-way transport is available within the defined boundaries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
