Job summary

Coronis Ajuba Solutions in Chennai is seeking an International Voice Process - AR Calling fresher with strong English communication to join our team. You will analyze patient accounts, contact US insurers for follow-up on AR, and prioritize aging claims in a night-shift US-timed environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient accounts and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Complete necessary actions and recommend follow-up activities.
• Contact US insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Prioritize pending claims from the aging basket for follow-up.
• Verify and clarify insurance information provided by patients when required.
• Escalate challenging collection scenarios to management in a timely manner.
