ICICI LOMBARD is hiring a Customer Renewal Manager for its Navi Mumbai location. You will handle renewal of policies for existing customers via outbound voice calls and contribute to growth with high retention targets.

The role welcomes freshers and experienced candidates with strong English and Hindi communication, within an age range of 18–31 years. 5-day workweek with incentive opportunities follows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Renew insurance policies of existing customers
• Achieve daily and monthly renewal and retention targets and earn unlimited incentives

Preferred candidate profile:

Salary package:

• Fresher: Rs. 12,500 in hand | CTC - Rs. 2.10 LPA
• Experienced: Between Rs. 19,000 in hand | CTC - Rs. 2.79
• Salary depends on years of experience and last drawn CTC
