ICICI Lombard General Insurance is hiring for a Renewal Process role in Navi Mumbai. You will manage end-to-end policy renewals for existing customers through telesales and calls.

You will address customer queries, educate on renewal importance, maintain accurate sales records, and aim to exceed individual targets while building long-term relationships. Shift is 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, five days a week, at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with up to 2.79 LPA plus incentives.

Role & Responsiblities:

• Manage end to end retention process by renewing policyfor the existing customers
• Telesales Process and communication with customers via calls.
• Need to retain the existing customers by addressing customer queries and provide accurate policy detail while maintaining the meet quality standards.
• To educate the customer the importance of renewing their existing policy.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the system and achieve individual sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Looking for candidate with go getter atttitude and goal oriented candidates, who is interested in working for telesales challenging world.

• CTC:- Up to 2.79 LPA + Incentives
