Job summary

HBS Signages invites a driven candidate to lead field marketing and business development initiatives in Hyderabad. You will identify prospects across offices, hospitals, retail outlets, and other venues, meet clients, and coordinate with design, production and installation teams to deliver signage projects.

• Experience in field marketing, sales or business development.
• Experience in signage, advertising, branding, outdoor media, printing, construction or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients across Hyderabad.
• Proactive lead generation and business development approach.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Telugu and English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing and business development strategies to generate new clients and projects.
• Identify potential businesses, offices, hospitals, retail outlets, restaurants, commercial establishments and other prospects across Hyderabad.
• Conduct regular field visits and meet potential clients to understand their signage and branding requirements.
• Generate leads through direct client visits, networking, referrals and market research.
• Present HBS Signages' products and services, including LED boards, signage, channel letters, acrylic signage and internal branding solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design, production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up with leads, quotations and ongoing opportunities and support the team in closing business.
• Monitor sales pipeline, lead generation and conversion and submit regular activity reports.
• Identify new market opportunities and support the company in achieving business growth targets.
