Job summary

Malladi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals is seeking a maintenance professional to manage the operation and upkeep of utility systems. You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, monitor process parameters, and ensure safety and compliance across the facility.

The role requires disciplined documentation, adherence to SOPs, and coordination with supervisors to complete daily maintenance tasks and validation activities as part of the manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of utility systems and their auxiliary equipment.
• Performing preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and control all parameters in the utility systems.
• Report abnormalities or deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area in line with cGMP practices.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Follow work instructions issued by supervisors.
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
• Inventory checking (Mechanical) and order materials as needed.
• Calibrate measuring instruments, verify certificates, and attach calibration tags.
• Follow up daily maintenance activities and raise work permits.
• Ensure completion of PM documentation and records.
• Maintain Finished Product Handling Area parameters.
• Execute FPHA validation activities as required.
• Carry out calibration activities as scheduled.
• Raise SAP PRs and SAP indents as per process.
• Prepare and process work permits.
