Job summary

Allrite Pharmaceuticals is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee operation and upkeep of utility and plant process equipment. The role covers breakdown resolution, preventive maintenance, spares stocking, vendor coordination, and adherence to GMP and GDP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of utility equipment's.
• Plant process equipments maintenance.
• Attending and resolving machine breakdowns and handling all maintenance work requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance of utility and plant process equipment’s as per preventive maintenance schedule/checklist and maintain logs in an organized manner.
• Identification and maintaining stocks for all identified spare parts and consumables for preventive maintenance / breakdown / servicing of utility and plant process equipment's.
• Timely raising PR and follow up with vendor for procurement of spares and consumables till received.
• Ensuring machine efficiency by proper operation and identification of areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment's through application of trouble-shooting tools.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machinery towards output.
• Ensuring good manufacturing practices are being followed and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards
• Internal and International Audit compliances.
• Manage the maintenance budget and resources effectively to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Execute AMC activities of equipment's timely and properly.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Set performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintaining Validation and calibration record, AMC record & history card record related to machines, equipment's, instruments.
• Maintaining all documentation as per GDP requirement.
• Planning and organizing the training of SOP, GDP & safety as per schedule.
• Directing, leading and motivating workforce and imparting continuous job training for accomplishing greater operational efficiency.
• Maintaining and reviewing utility equipment's operation logbooks.
