Job summary

Property solutions India Pvt ltd is hiring for a role focused on GMP-compliant maintenance and MEP services in Hyderabad. The candidate will manage day-to-day utilities maintenance, develop PPM calendars, and coordinate AMC activities to ensure audit-ready records.

The role requires handling GMP documentation, supporting GMP audits and inspections, and maintaining asset reports per a 52-week plan. Diploma/BE holders are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes day-to-day maintenance activities, including minor and major tasks related to the functioning of utility machinery and equipment.
• Prepares a PPM calendar for all MEP services as per warranty/AMC conditions. Coordinates with AMC contractors to ensure the regular implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and organizes services in case of breakdowns. Maintains proper reports of all AMCs for audit purposes.
• Prepare, review, maintain, and control GMP facility documentation including SOPs, work instructions, formats, logbooks, checklists, and records.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of facility and engineering GMP records.
• Review preventive maintenance schedules and records for GMP-critical equipment and systems.
• Ensure GMP records comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including data integrity principles.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory GMP audits/inspections by providing required facility documentation.
• Coordinates with electrical inspectors, DG inspectors, and corporation inspectors during inspection visits.
• Prepares technical reports, including incident trackers, breakdown registers, kWh readings, EB & DG billing submissions, restroom issues, painting trackers, and MEP trackers.
• Prepares reports on critical assets as per the 52-week planner
