Job summary

JAIN HOUSING & CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage the day-to-day upkeep of high-rise residential towers in Chennai. You will plan preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervise MEP systems, lifts, pumps, and safety compliance, and coordinate with vendors and housekeeping teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in residential maintenance, with ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6+ years of experience in high-rise residential maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of MEP systems, lifts, pumps, and fire safety.
• Experience managing AMC vendors, housekeeping, and technician teams.
• Good communication skills and resident-friendly approach.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting.
• Ability to handle emergencies and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local purchase bills and material inward and usage details.
• Ensure safety and statutory compliance across the property.
