Job summary

Polymed is seeking a maintenance technician in Haryana to ensure reliable operation of medical device manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on production machines, aiming to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation issues, and maintaining records and compliance with GMP, EHS, 5S, SOP and QMS.

Qualifications

• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation-related issues.
• Maintain complete machine history cards, breakdown records and maintenance reports.

• Handle maintenance of Injection M moulding Machines, Assembly Machines, Extrusion Machines, Packaging Machines, Leak Testing Machines, Printing/Marking Machines and other medical device manufacturing equipment
• Prepare and execute Preventive Maintenance schedules, checklists and maintenance plans
• Maintain complete and accurate machine history cards, breakdown records and maintenance reports
• Follow GMP, EHS, 5S, SOP and QMS requirements during all maintenance activities.
