Nisheshenterprises in India is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate domestic and international shipments, including imports and exports. The role involves arranging transportation, forwarding, customs clearance and delivery, while handling documentation and tracking to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate should have strong Excel skills, good communication, and solid expertise in EXIM procedures, Incoterms and freight forwarding to support smooth order execution across procurement,

Competenze

• Graduate in Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 25 years of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export operations.
• Good knowledge of EXIM documentation and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, freight forwarding and international shipping.
• Good command of MS Excel, email communication and coordination.
• Strong follow-up, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including imports and exports.

• Obtain and compare freight quotations from shipping lines, transporters and freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, CHA agents, shipping companies and transporters.
• Handle import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Shipping Bills and Certificates of Origin.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
• Coordinate with banks, customs brokers and relevant authorities for shipment-related documentation.
• Monitor shipment costs, freight charges, customs duties and other logistics expenses.
• Handle documentation related to international trade, including BOE, IRM, shipping bills and export realisation follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain shipment records, logistics trackers and documentation for all group companies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
