Job summary

Anshul Bhosale Realty Llp seeks a Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure adherence to drawings and specs, manage materials, and coordinate with contractors and consultants. The role emphasizes safety, reporting, and timely project completion at sites in Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate will read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, monitor progress, and maintain detailed site records while ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and execution of excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ensure site activities are executed as per approved drawings and senior engineers' instructions.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in concrete sampling, slump tests, cube testing, and other quality checks.
• Identify and report construction defects or deviations to the senior engineer.
• Read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Verify dimensions, levels, alignments, and measurements at the site.
• Coordinate with consultants and other departments to resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to the latest approved drawings.
• Monitor daily consumption of cement, steel, sand, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Assist in material requisitions, stock verification, and material reconciliation.
• Check the quantity and quality of materials received at the site.
• Minimize material wastage and maintain proper storage practices.
• Maintain daily site progress reports, labour reports, and material records.
• Track work progress against project schedules and report delays to senior engineers.
• Record measurements of completed work and assist in preparing contractor bills.
• Maintain site registers, checklists, inspection requests, and other project documentation.
• Ensure workers follow site safety rules and use appropriate PPE.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Report unsafe practices, incidents, and potential hazards to the site in-charge.
• Follow applicable construction standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site execution issues.
• Support inspections and snag rectification activities.
• Help ensure timely completion of assigned work as per project requirements.
