Job summary

IPPE GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with engineers, technicians and subcontractors, and ensure work progresses as per schedule. You will read drawings and specifications, allocate tasks, monitor quality, and maintain site records and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction/site activities.
• Allocate work to workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
• Read and understand drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project management.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and site procedures.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, defects, and technical problems.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, material records, and progress updates.
• Conduct toolbox talks and communicate safety requirements to workers.
• Coordinate inspections and rectify defects or incomplete work.
• Support project engineers and management in achieving project targets.
• Perform other site-related duties assigned by the management.
