Firstsource in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Support Executive for international voice, chat and semi-voice processes with UK shifts. The role requires strong English communication and 1 year of customer support experience for BE/BTech graduates; freshers with good English may apply.

You will handle calls, resolve queries, maintain quality, and work in rotating UK shifts with cab facility and incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• BE, B.Tech and PG Fresher graduates are not eligible for this job role.
• Minimum of 1 year customer support experience is needed for BE and BTECH graduates to be eligible.
• Candidates with international voice/customer support experience are preferred.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills may also apply.
• Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts.
