Job summary

IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate for chat support with international clients. You will respond to queries via live chat, understand needs, and provide accurate product and service solutions while maintaining high CSAT.

Eligibility includes 10+2 or diploma/degree, 1–3 years in international chat, and strong English communication. The role offers 5 days a week, 24/7 rotations, and cab facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in international chat processes is required.
• Education up to graduate level or diploma accepted.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet key performance metrics such as CSAT, FRT, AHT, and Resolution Rate.
