Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in TPM and production maintenance practices.
• Ability to monitor TPM projects and action plans.
• Knowledge of 1S/2S and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure TPM activities are implemented in the plant per plan.
• Adhere to the defined TPM plan for the plant.
• Carry out JH/KK pillar activities as per department plan.
• Ensure effectiveness of TPM initiatives across the plant.
• Monitor reports on TPM activities and projects performance.
• Ensure TPM corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform capacity analysis for concerned machines with HOD.
• Conduct manpower analysis based on machine capacity with HOD.
• Ensure ERP routing and resource master.
• Ensure product capacity planning.
• Ensure standard costing process.
• Coordinate implementation of RQA for zero CC.
• Execute TPM training and documentation.
• Monitor action plans for completion of projects.

Functional deliveries:

• Ensure implementation of TPM activities in plant.
• Ensure adherence to defined TPM plan for plant.
• Ensure JH/KK pillar activities are carried out as per department plan.
• Ensure effectiveness of TPM initiatives across plant.
• Update To monitor reports on the performance of TPM activities and projects.
• To ensure TPM corrective and preventive actions.
• To do capacity analysis of for concerned machines with HOD
• To do manpower analysis based on machine capacity requirement with HOD.
• Ensure ERP routing & resource master.
• Ensure product capacity planning.
• Ensure standard costing process.
• To implement improvement projects by working on cause and inspection side in line with TPM Methodology
• To coordinate implementation of RQA for achieving zero CC
• Execute TPM training & documentation.
• Monitor Action plan for completion of the projects. Role & responsibilities

• Ensure safety of men and machinery in the service areas under control
• Ensure adherence to EHS & Legal guidelines
• Provide written TPM instructions to minimize accidents.
• Ensure 1S/2S activities to maintain machine & workplace hygiene.
• Ensure reduction in wastage through TPM.

Accountability:

• (List the activity/ work area for which person is accountable even though responsibility is with others. )
