Job summary

NRB Bearings is seeking a TPM engineer to drive total productive maintenance initiatives across the plant, ensure adherence to the TPM plan, and lead JH/KK pillar activities with the department.

You will monitor TPM performance, implement corrective and preventive actions, conduct capacity and manpower analyses with the Head of Department, ensure ERP routing accuracy, and push 1S/2S and standard costing processes to prevent breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of TPM activities in plant.
• Ensure adherence to defined TPM plan for plant.
• Ensure JH/KK pillar activities are carried out as per department plan.
• Ensure effectiveness of TPM initiatives across plant.
• Update To monitor reports on the performance of TPM activities and projects.
• To ensure TPM corrective and preventive actions.
• To do capacity analysis of for concerned machines with HOD
• To do manpower analysis based on machine capacity requirement with HOD.
• Ensure ERP routing & resource master.
• Ensure product capacity planning.
• Ensure standard costing process.
• To implement improvement projects by working on cause and inspection side in line with TPM Methodology
• To coordinate implementation of RQA for achieving zero CC
• Execute TPM training & documentation.
• Monitor Action plan for completion of the projects.

6. Ensure reduction in wastage through TPM.Accountability:
