Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for multiple roles.

• Use Boolean search techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations Managers and other stakeholders.
• Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of hiring batches.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and follow up regularly to minimize dropouts.
• Track daily sourcing, interview, selection, and joining numbers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
