Black and White Business Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bangalore is seeking an HR IT Recruiter with 0 to 1 year of experience. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while handling IT recruitment requirements. Immediate notice period and a regular shift are typical for this role.

The candidate should be an effective communicator, well-versed with MS Office, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Bangalore location, WFO.

Must Have Skills :

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients


• Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and also IT


• Familiarity with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to navigate job portals and use the internet for research


• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple candidates and tasks efficiently

Good to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment management tools.


• Ability to resolve candidate or client issues effectively and offer proactive solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.


2. Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.


3. Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.


4. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
