Qualifications

• Candidates with MHRM/MSW/MBA (HR) qualification and a strong interest in Plant HR/Industrial Relations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Plant HR operations and employee relations.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training, performance management and statutory compliance.
• Handle contract labour and workforce-related activities.
• Support employee grievance handling and maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS and support plant-level HR initiatives.
