Job summary

Talentcorp Solutions Pune is seeking an HR Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience for the Chakan, Pune location. The role covers end-to-end HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance support.

You will collaborate with clients, branch teams, and site supervisors, ensuring accurate documentation, attendance, and timely follow-ups while maintaining HR MIS and reports. The position offers stability and opportunities in a growing staffing services firm.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare, or related field.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance is required.
• Experience with MS Excel and MIS reporting is preferred.
• NAPS/NATS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
• Manage joining, onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR records.
• Coordinate with clients, employees, recruiters, branch teams, and site supervisors.
• Coordinate with payroll for salary inputs, deductions, and attendance.
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain HR MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate audits and maintain compliance documents.
• Resolve employee and client queries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and replacement requirements.
• Maintain employee and client-related documentation.
• Knowledge of NAPS/NATS will be an added advantage.
