Conduent in Bengaluru seeks an HR Operations professional to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll support, and related HR services. You will review requests for completeness, ensure policy alignment, and communicate status to stakeholders in a service-oriented environment.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and People Managers, provide accurate HR data and routine workforce reports, and uphold confidentiality and quality within defined SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or related environment.
• Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions with service levels and KPIs.
• Exposure to supporting People Managers or HR Business Partners is desirable.

Role & responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Process employee transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, compensation updates, and separations.
• Review requests and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, authorization, and policy alignment.
• Complete assigned transactions within agreed service levels and communicate status, exceptions, and required actions to relevant stakeholders.

Employee and Manager Support

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries through designated HR service channels.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational cases using approved policies, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Provide clear guidance on process requirements, required documentation, and next steps.
• Escalate matters requiring additional review, approval, or specialist support through appropriate channels. HR Business Partnering Support Support HR Business Partners and People Managers with employee lifecycle activities, HR processes, and routine people-related requirements.
• Provide accurate HR data, workforce information, and operational insights to support HR and business discussions.
• Prepare routine workforce reports and employee data for HR reviews, ensuring accuracy and appropriate handling of confidential information

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management is preferred.

Experience

• Typically 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Payroll Support, Employee Services, HR Business Partnering support, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience processing employee lifecycle transactions and managing operational cases.
• Experience working in a service-delivery environment with defined service levels, quality standards, and performance measures.
• Exposure to supporting People Managers or HR Business Partners with HR operational activities is desirable
